Is it possible to build a new city near the capital? And make a new part of the city? In 2018, we designed a multi-functional complex on 400 hectares. For urbanistic, geographical and economic reasons, the construction of a new city can be considered justified for the following reasons:
-the demand for an expanded city with inclusive and self-contained infrastructure, but also constituting a conglomerate, is extremely high.
- the growth of the city demographics without a city planning strategy will lead to a disruption of the whole system (ecology, provision and infrastructure). In this regard, it is necessary to plan different types of development and the necessary zoning.
- A new urban planning concept is necessary for the economic, investment and cultural attractiveness of the city.
